THE WIFI ON MY PHONE STOPPED WORKING IT WAS WORKING MONDAY IT STOPPED YESTERDAY I TRIED REBOOTING MY PHONE SERVERL TIMES. TURNED WIFI OFF AND ON SEVERAL TIMES AS WELL STILL CANNOT GE IT TO WORK. IT SHOWS CONNECTED EXCELLENT STRENGTH BUT IS GRAYED OUT AND I CAN'T CONNECT TO ANYTHING HELP PLEASE

I'm sorry to hear your having Wifi issues with the device. Let's get to the bottom of this! Please power down remove the sim card reinsert and retest. Has anything changed with the home wifi? Does the device connect to public Wifi?
