A new 5G UW tower went up in our town and now everyone we knows iPhones are basically bricks and useless. We have iPhone 14 proโs for a couple years now and iOS is up to date. But this tower went up in the last month and now we canโt use our phones unless on home Wi-Fi or we go into our cellar settings and revert to LTE service only. We deserve some kind of money back for paying for a service package we cannot use.
I would be alarmed myself if my iPhone 14 stopped working after a software update and a new tower was installed in the area, Pip395. We're here to help investigate this issue and figure out what is happening. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us so we can help find a solution.
