What is the best way to transfer all my data, pictures and music from my Razr M to my new Droid Turbo?

I see different things online, but was wondering if anybody had a better idea.

I like to go via computer first in most cases and then Bluetooth, SD and SIM cards but it is what you can handle and have to work with also. Wish you the best.
