Another way would be to not buy it until it is fully functional and in the state that you would be happy with it. If they say "it will have this and that in the future", you say right back at them "fantastic, when it is ready, I will be the first one in line to purchase one!"
Don't release it with future promises and let us be the guinea pigs.Verizon didn't let you be the guinea pigs, you let yourself be a guinea pig when you bought a product you knew you wouldn't be happy with until it received upgrades. You should have waited until it was a product you could be happy with.
Its danged frustrating to fight technical issues and wait for upgrades that were promised "real soon". Those who post replies toting the company line are obviously moles.
