So two bars have appeared on my LCD. I think it's due to a loose pin connector to the LCD since the screen is supposed to be "shatterproof" and there is no leakage. The screen is responsive so the digitizer still works fine. Can a Verizon service employee open up the phone to see if the connector is just loose or needs to be replaced? If it would need to be replaced, what would the cost be for service or is this covered under the warranty? Thanks for any help.
