Why Can't I Update My Turbo 2 To Nougat?

I can't update my Turbo 2 to Nougat. Software not updated to 25.11.10.  Download failed...... When i chek for system updates - Your device's software is up to date. But I still on Android 6. When it Will work?

In another thread, a user speculated that the update was halted or pulled because of the various bugs that users have been experiencing with the update.
