I assume that this Droid Turbo charges on the home charger.

Is it not charging in the car at all or is it charging slowly in the car?

Very slowly.. and if i use my phone at all while it is charging it almost

seems like it's going backwards.. yes it does charge at home but I have

gone to wireless charger seems to me the port may be going bad. Is this

fixable and how is it diagnosed? Thx

I don't know what this Turbo X is. I didn't see it on the website. If your car charger has red on the part that plugs in to the phone then it is a quick charger and your phone should charge quickly if it is quick charge capable. Otherwise it will charge slowly.

However, your port could be bad. If you are using wireless charging, how does it charge when you plug it in with the charger that it came with?

Daddio17, we always want to make sure that you're properly able to charge your device. We know how important it is to have a phone that you can rely on throughout the day. Let's work together on getting this resolved.

You've mentioned that you have a wireless charger at home. Just to clarify, are you not using any wall chargers with the device? It's only being plugged in when you're attempting to use the car charger, correct? When you plug the phone into the charger, do you notice that you may have to wiggle the charging cord at all?

That's pretty much the case I do wiggle it some ..But I've been into my

local vzw store three times now and no one seems to care about fixing the

issue they just want to sell me more product. I do have a new charger for

the car given to me by the stroller and that didn't fix the issue..

frustrated...

Daddio17,

We're very sorry to hear that you're still experiencing these issues, regardless of charger type. Most likely, since the issue happens no matter how you attempt to charge, there is a device/battery issue. We'll need to know what type of device you have. You mentioned a Turbo X. There is no Turbo X, so we'll need to know if you're talking about one of the Turbo series phones or one of the Moto X series phones. Please let us know what the specific device model is when you get a chance.

Thanks for confirming that for us, Daddio17. Let's see what our options are. We certainly want you to have a working device. This phone does have a non-removable battery, so our options will depend on how long you've had the phone, if it's ever been damaged, and what features you have. I'll send you a private message in the forum system, so we can have a look.
