I have heard on other forums that people in Seattle are having the same issue. But I haven't heard that any coworkers are having issues. And yes, I am sometimes connected to wifi at work. But my desk is in a dead zone.

It may be the area. Sometimes a building or geographic area can effect the way an app runs. I would recommend leaving the device on the manual timeframe and retest in the future.
