Why can't I send group texts?

I can't find a pattern, but it is not sending more than sending.  All other actions also very delayed.  This started about a week ago.

Let's get to the bottom of this messaging issues and explore options to resolve pronto timetotravel! Did this issue start after the installation of any particular application? What messaging application do you use? Is this issue occurring with particular contacts or all contacts? What is your ZIP code? For starters, power off>remove SIM card for a minute>reinsert SIM>power on>test. Keep us posted.
