I tried setting up my email account on my new phone and it wont recognize the aol email/PS. Even went to the Verizon store and they couldn't get it to work!! Im already hating the Turbo 2 and I haven't even had it 24 hours yet!!!
Try the AOL email app.
Otherwise exercise your right per the 14 day return policy period and return the phone.
