My phone will randomly turn off all volume, no ringing, no notifications, nothing. I keep missing calls, because the only way I know they are coming in is when the volume randomly turns itself back on, or I am looking at the phone. Its ridiculous.
Are you using the Moto application to set predefined behavior for the phone (ie speak to you while driving, silent while in a meeting or at work or home)?
Is there any other pattern of when this is occurring?

I do not use that program, and there is no pattern. I was chatting online with a rep who gave me instructions of an update I need to do using the computer- but the transcript of the chat was never sent to me, despite having entered my email address into the send chat transcript button.
