I meant to update this thread, sorry for the late reply. The issue was
using headphones. The jack was not fully inserted, so the phone thought I
was plugging and unplugging to headphones, there by pausing the video each
time it believed the handset was changing the audio device. Thank you for
the follow up.

I can see where that would get on your nerves, designslucid. Where are the videos from? Does it happen with videos you record? How long has it been happening?

The issue has only occurred in Facebook that I've noticed, but I've only
had the phone for about 20 hours since purchase.

Congratulations on your new Turbo 2. Being able to watch your videos without interruptions for you to enjoy is our top priority. To get to the bottom os this issue let me ask you a couple of questions. Are you using Wi-Fi when this happens? Are you using the Facebook application? Or are you using Facebook by accessing it via the browser? Now to make sure this ins not happening on all videos, please watch aYouTube video and share details. Together we can solve this issue.

Appreciate the follow up, designslucid. I acn definitely see how that would cause the experienced issue. Happy to hear you were able to home in on the exact cause, and are now able to watch videos with no interruption.
