The vertical stripe appears any time the screen powers up. It does not dim/fade, only goes away when the screen is OFF and has been constant for over a week. What causes this and will it be covered by Motorolas screen guarantee for the Droid Turbo 2?

Thanks! I went to a retail location near me and they concluded it was
eligible for warranty, so a new phone is being mailed to me. Not sure what
caused this but I'm relieved that Verizon is helping resolve the issue.

A bright green stripe is certainly not what we want to see on your phone, hunterlea3. Has the phone experienced any damage or been in an accident recently? The Turbo 2 Screen Asurance program includes cracked displays. However, if your phone has no no signs of damage, this may be a warranty issue.

There are no visible signs of damage and the screen is not cracked.

I appreciate this information, hunterlea3. Since there are no signs of damage we would want to explore a warranty replacement. Please contact our customer service at 800-922-0204 to begin this process.
