I have full bars and plenty of data on my Droid Turbo. Pandora will not play unless I am connected to WiFi. Tried everything I could find using Google. Hope you guys can give me something new.

Checked that and background data was enabled. However I disabled it then re enabled it and presto. Pandora is working again. Thank you.

Background data is enabled for that app in the Data Usage screen in Settings?
