Wow. I registered. I got feedback, then it tells me to register again. Can't even get into the forum. Bottom line is I am getting rid of the phone. They talked me into edge, but I still think I got robbed as the phone was crap in the fist place. Kind of like the lemon law. In this case, one the 14 days are up and you don't have insurance, it's yours no matter what. Never hated a phone before until this one and I can tolerate anything. Verizon should have made this right. Instead, I'm having to buy another phone.
