Xoom deletes e-mails

Just purchased my Xoom on Saturday, set up a non google e-mail account. I have found my in box empty or only one message remaining. I look in the deleted file and nothing is there. Any thoughts?

Is it deleting the Originals up on the Server?

Are you using the native Android Message Handler?

Are you using an App from your ISP?
