Your call can not be completed as dailed

Hello, I just got a brand new Motorola Edge 2022 and it is having problems making calls. Sometimes when I try to make a call I get the error "Your call can not be completed as dailed".  When I call a friend the call goes through but when I try to call a buisness like my Dental Office or Apartment Office that is when I get the error. Could the problem be calling Land Line Phones? I have had this phone for a week and really like it but I need to get this issue fixed asap.

These are the things that I have already tried to troubleshoot the issue.

1. Delete the contact and call number

2. Clear the cache and storage of the phone app

3. Ordered a new sim card that did not fix the issue

4. Turn on airplan mode for 30 seconds and turn back off

5. Make sure phone is fully updated

6. Reset network

7. Restore phone to factory settings and do a fresh setup

8. Ordered a replacment phone that did not fix the issue

9. Try using Wi Fi and Network

Having calling issues would certainly sour the enjoyment of a brand new phone, Mikeha5791. I know I would be frustrated if calling business numbers was getting an error message like this. I apprecaite all the troubleshooting you have already done, including a replacement device already. I did have a clarifying question regarding this; When you call a business and get the error message, is this an 800#, or does it also happen if you call a local business with a local area code?

It happens when calling local numbers with local area codes.

I have also verified that it is a problem calling Land Line phones.

We're sorry to read that you are still having issues with making calls on your device. Is the device on the latest update? Have you switched out the SIM card? ~Peter

Hi, just checking in to see if you still need assistance with calls or have any other Verizon concerns.
