I just bought a Razr M from e-bay - what is the easiest method for me to activate it?  Do I have to go into a VZW store and get a SIM card?  if so, are there any costs to this?

Yes, you will need to get a SIM card. There is no cost if you get it from a corporate Verizon store. I assume you currently have a Verizon account.

Yes, you will need a SIM card; they are free at your local Corporate Verizon store.
