all my outgoing calls show up as restricted.

all my calls are restricted.  I even did a factory reset last night because i was tired of messing with it and it STILL doesn't work.  Help ASAP!!!  PEOPLE WONT ANSWER MY CALLS BECAUSE THEY THINK I'M A BILL COLLECTOR!!

Check My Verizon after logging in and make sure under Features that you do not have Caller ID blocking on.

You're Awesome!!  thank you so much!!  Faster than these guys over here!  I was trying to block video calls on my son's phone and apparenly i did it to my own....when i removed them, i tried calling my  mom....and she actually FINALLY ANSWERED, LMAO!!!    THANK YOU!!!
