cannot pair to a 2010 ford with sync; but paired to a 2013 okay. Have paired a few phones to the 2010 but this razor wont, why not???
I'm glad you're trying to make sure you're using hands-free technology while you're in your cars, 108mamabear. When I took a look at Ford's website, www.ford.com/sync, there are a few different versions of Ford Sync. There are times that certain models may not be compatible with certain versions of your car's Bluetooth technology. I encourage you to visit the website and check if your phone is listed as compatible with your specific car system. if you continue to experience difficulties with pairing to your Ford Sync and have already tried deleting and recreating the connection, I'd recommend to reach out to your Ford dealer for assistance.
Thank you
