can not receive text messages

I can send text message but can not receive them. I got on with tech and they had me go by verizon store and pick up a new sims card.

This did not help can anyone help me with this?

IT is the phone itself, thanks to a new update that they did. They are sending me a new phone because of it. My SIM card will receive texts when in another phone but not in mine and I can also send texts as well- Crazy! The man at the store told me that there were 43 other complaints about this same thing on the Device Forum that they use so when you go to the store have them look it up. Hope this helps:)

Sorry to read that replacing the SIM card has not resolved that issue. Try resetting the Messaging App: http://vz.to/TKL8qV . Then, wipe the cache partition http://vz.to/1t0QP2r and let us know how it's working.
