I am trying to copy all of my pictures and videos from my Droid Maxx to my PC via USB connection. Some of the videos copy but there are some that somehow convert to pictures.
How is this happening and how can I prevent it from happening?

We understand the importance of wanting to preserve these memories. Let's make sure these get copied correctly. Can you tell me how you are transferring the pictures? What steps did you take? Are you using a Windows computer or a Mac?
