I had a galaxy s3 and was using 2 gigs per month. When I switched to the turbo, I am suddenly using over 4?

The Turbo has a higher spec sheet, display size, display resolution, speed of data is greater. A lot of streaming sites auto adjust the quality to the speed of your connection, the better connection, the higher the quality, the more data used. Netflix can be adjusted from the Desktop site, YouTube from within the app, other streaming services similar I'm sure. Same goes for Internet radio and cloud music players. Make sure you go through your apps listed as using data in Data Use in the main phone settings menu and restrict background data for apps you do not want to use data unless they are in the foreground, and actively being used. Also check other apps like the Play Store to update only over WiFi and any other app that can use mobile data. Most have an offline only setting.

My data usage went up as well with the Turbo, but not a problem I have plenty...:)
