My phone has a small crack across the screen and now nothing will show up on the screen except for a small red and green light at the top of the screen and the home buttons at the bottom are still lighting up. I can still feel the screen move when I swipe my finger on the screen. Is there anything I can do to get the image on the screen to show again or does it need to be replaced?

I know what an inconvenience it is to experience difficulties with your device. Did you start experiencing issues with the screen after the screen cracked? Do you currently have insurance on your device?
