Hello, I have razr m and just recently my I plugged my earbuds into the jack, the same ones I have been using, and the connection between the buds and the jack is spotty. My buds work in my other devices, so I'm just wondering if my jack has worn out? my phone is just over a year old.
Or dirty. Clean it out with some compressed air.

Let get to the bottom of this! Have you checked to make sure the is nothing inside the headset jack? Try Ann154 suggestion and see if that help. If not, I suggest taking into a VZW store http://bit.ly/3SdsA for a hands evaluation.
