how do i get internet access? when wi-fi is not available, or can I?

We are here to help! Are you still not able to connect to the Internet? When you leave a WiFi area you would be automatically connected to our data network like jimfigerald said. Was this not happening? Let us know so we can further assist.

Thank you for responding, since then I have been receiving internet, but it will not download picture texts, or let me picture texts....

I have a question.  I can get no phone no text or email.  I was working fine on Saturday morning and now I am getting nothing.  I cannot call out so I am trying to figure this out and am totally getting frustrated as this is my only phone at this time.  I will be getting a land line.  It does say I can get emergency numbers.  My bill is current.  I don't get this. HELP
