Droid Turbo user here.
My phone came preinstalled with bloatware that I cannot figure out how to uninstall.
the most irritating of the bunch is NFL Mobile which ignores settings and continually wakes you up at night with the latest uninteresting 'newz' item from the bloated pig that is the NFL.
any pointers to uninstall this garbage would be much appreciated.
also VZW: stop distributing phones with preinstalled apps. your users hate this behavior for a variety of reasons. if we could bring a curse down upon you, rest assured, we would.

Have you tried disabling the application altogether?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

It can't be uninstalled, but it can be disabled. Go to Settings, Applications/Application Manager (exact steps are dependent on your phone), All, scroll down to NFL Mobile, uncheck Notifications, Uninstall updates, and Disable the app.
Just a side note, I enjoy using the app, and watching the games that we can't get on our TV - the fact that it's included at no additional charge with our Verizon plan makes it even better. It's a perk that I realize note everyone wants, and it can be disabled.
