Not receiving incoming email but I can still send out email (aol).. It says it can not connect to server every time i try to sync it myself since it stopped syncing automatically. i just had this at the store yesterday and Verizon did a factory reset and added my email account back in. Not sure why it's not receiving emails all of a sudden. PLEASE HELP!!!!
Let's get to the bottom of this, kimmyb26. Are emails still coming through when checking account on a computer? When email was setup after factory reset did you complete automatic email setup or go through advanced settings of the server?
