Just got a Motorola Moto z3. We have an international plan. I can call her in the UK, but she cannot call me. Is there anthing blocking her?
Can she call other US numbers (assuming yours is a US number)? What digits is she dialing to route internationally? Is UK to US 001+number? Is she dialing from a mobile phone or a land line? Has she called her service provider to see if they have an issue with her calling internationally?
