My moto x will not make or receive calls. It will allow texts to get on internet etc..I have checked the call forwarding is ok, the sim card has been taken out and replaced., we reset the phone all together, and nothing seems to work!
If you've had the phone Less than 14 Days I would return it for another new one if it is past the 14 and you have Insurance see if the Store will DOA it) The store will then either send you home with certified good as New or they'll have one sent to you if they proceed in this Direction if there is one in the Warehouse they can have it sent out Via Next Day Air.. Usually Fed-Ex
But Hopefully it's under the 14 Days or if not one can still be sent Home with you..
