my droid maxx is locked and is stuck at the reboot screen how do i fix that

Sorry to see that is stuck on that screen. Sounds like it’s at the boot mode selection menu screen. Utilize the Volume Down button to scroll to Recovery.  Then press Volume Up.  This should bring you to a screen with the Droid and the triangle! Press and hold the Volume up button. While still holding the volume up button, press and release the power button. This should give you the Android System recovery menu. Use the volume buttons to highlight “Reboot System Now.” Then press the power button to select it. This should reboot your phone. Let us know if that resolves the issue.

We want to make sure you are able to use your device as needed. With regard to the device being stuck in reboot process let's review your device. To clarify, when did this start for you? Has their been any recent updates or changes with your device? JasperM_VZW
