my droid turbo stopped making and receiving calls

Everything works except for being able to make and receive calls. Is there a setting or something I can do to get it to work.

Oh goodness. That’s definitely an important feature of your phone that I want to get working again quickly, SRAR4. What happens when you try to place a call? What do callers hear when they try calling you? Are you currently using HD Voice or WiFi Calling https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-207801/ ?
