I have not heard of this error. But, let's make sure we get to work on this to get you up and running. Have you tried to go into the settings, Apps, Slide to the ALL section, scroll down until you get to the NFL mobile app, force stop, clear data, and clear cache. Then, power the device off all the way. Once the phone is off for 10 seconds power the device back on. Then re-try the NFL application again. Please keep us posted.
