When I place a call, no one can hear me. When someone calls me, they cannot hear me. How do I fix this?
I powered on and off, shut blue tooth off, and rebooted in safe mode - I still can't be heard on a call.
Is this something new? Have you tried the speakerphone? Have you checked to see if Advanced Calling is turned off?
Trying turning off HD Voice aka Advanced Calling. If it won't work in safe mode with HD Voice turned off then it would more than likely be a hardware issue.
