Friday night my phone randomly turned off and when it came back on it would not let me switch the WiFi on. Every time I try it slides right back to off. Really frustrating, please help
I'm sorry you're having issues with the wifi functionality on your device moses123. I know how important this feature is and how frustrating it is to have issues with it but we are here to help. Try removing the wifi connection completely and setting up again. Also try power cycling try the wifi again. If you continue to have issues, try booting your phone info safe mode then try wifi. If the wifi doesnt have any issues while in safe mode one of your 3rd party downloaded apps may be causing issues. The recommendation is to remove any problematic apps and the apps you want, try readding them one at a time to test the wifi. Keep us posted.
