Sorry if this is the wrong forum but I didnt see a forum dedicated to the droid razr maxx HD. Anyway heres my issue....the green text symbol on the bottom of the screen is not showing when I have a text waiting. Its suppossed to show the number in orange of how many texts I havent read yet but its not. It plays the notification sound and shows the symbol in the notification/status bar on the top of the phone but nothing to indicate waiting texts down below on that symbol.I just got this phone and activated it yesterday. It did do it earlier but at some point it stopped doing it and Im not sure why. I updated my phone and android system to the latest update..not sure if thats the reason maybe. Also the symbols for email and phonecalls that are also down in that area are working just fine and show the number I have waiting like they should. Just the text one isnt doing it. Any help would be appreciated.

That's pretty bizarre, scottm79! I'll do all I can to get this resolved ASAP! Many times after an update it becomes necessary to complete a master reset. It resolves many minor issues like the one you described.
