"No driver found" error when connecting the Droid Turbo 2 to computer via USB cable. Any fixes?

I have gotten this error several times. Are there any fixes?

does the computer you're trying to connect the phone to have internet access?

Yes it does, and I've tried downloading drivers and updating the software.
