I messed up. I was doing some testing on a (thank god) test device and I got the error "Unfortunately System UI has stopped".
It's a Droid Turbo running Marshmallow. I have to fix this ASAP before my boss finds out I broke it.

Motorola Droid Turbo:
"Unfortunately, System UI has stopped"
GUI crashed hard after testing "Developer Options"
Device showed immediate error, and the UI was inaccessible from any point. The entire phone was locked, and stated so from the FastBoot menu. If I clicked on the error "OK" button it would load the graphic of the screensaver but would refuse to load past that.
Troubleshooting:
1) Powered off and back on
Result: "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped"
2) Accessed AP FASTBOOT FLASH MODE (PWR+VOL DOWN)
RESULT:
CONSOLE [NULL]: null
BATTERY OK
DEVICE IS LOCKED
SOFTWARE STATUS: OFFICIAL
3) SELECTED "FACTORY"
RESULT: DEVICE POWERS ON, SHOWING THE MOTOROLA SCREEN AND DROID TURBO GRAPHIC, THEN IMMEDIATELY CRASHES AND SHOWS ERROR "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped"
4) SELECTED "RESTART BOOTLOADER"
RESULT: RESTARTS BOOTLOADER WITH NO ERRORS
5) SELECTED "RECOVERY MODE"
RESULT: LOADS ANDROID MOTOROLA SCREEN AND THEN A DEAD ANDROID GUY WITH RED CAUTION SAYING "NO COMMAND" - NO SYSTEM UI ERROR BUT CANNOT PROCEED
6) SELECTED "BARCODES"
RESULT: SHOWED BARCODES
7) SELECTED "QCOM"
RESULT: "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped"
๐ SELECTED "RECOVERY"
RESULT: SAME AS ITEM 5. I HELD THE POWER BUTTON AND TAPPED THE VOLUME UP BUTTON ONCE AND RELEASED TO ACCESS THE "ANDROID SYSTEM RECOVERY"
9) SELECTED "WIPE CACHE PARTITION"
RESULT: --WIPING CACHE... FORMATTING /CACHE
10) SELECTED "REBOOT SYSTEM NOW"
RESULT: PHONE RESTARTED, AND THE SAME ERROR CAME UP.
11) WENT BACK TO "ANDROID SYSTEM RECOVERY"
12) SELECTED "WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET"
RESULT: --WIPING DATA... FORMATTING /DATA... FORMATTING /CACHE... --WIPING CLOGO... DATA WIPE COMPLETE
13) SELECTED "REBOOT SYSTEM NOW"
RESULT: PHONE BOOTED SUCCESSFULLY. DISPLAYING SETUP WIZARD WITH NO GRAPHICAL OR GUI ISSUES. RELOADED SOFTWARE UPDATE.
