I switched to another droid but the ring back tones no longer work. im missing something.

Is the Droid Turbo 2 the phone you switched to? What was the old phone? Do you have the HD Voice feature on your line?

Check online to make sure you still have the Ringback Tone. Then, if it is still there, call Verizon to ensure the feature is still on the line.
