You need to give more information, such as which phone are you coming from? If you already have your contacts set up in Google? If so its as simple as signing into your account from your phone.
Kooshie, I did that, but do not see the contacts from my Razr in my Google contacts. I did a sync now, too.
It was so much easier with the Backup Assistant =\
Sounds to me like you never had your contacts saved to your google account. You can export your contacts from your back up assistant from your computer and then import them to your Google account or you can add back up assistance to your new phone.
No, I have not been able to back them up since getting this new Razr. I cannot find the download for backup assistant for the computer. When I go to that page (https://nbillpay.verizonwireless.com/ba/secure/backupassistant.action) but it doesn't load... tried another browser, but still not loading.
Also, the backup assistant+ on the Razr never works. It says it cannot find the server
