plug doesn't seem to go all the way in
I use my earbuds all the time so I know how important it is that they work. Are you using the earbuds that come with the phone? If you look in the headset jack port, do you see any damage or debris in it?

must of been holding my mouth wrong after playing with it for a while it finally went in thanks for the help
