tried to follow directions on line but I keep getting a message that there is no certificate. what do I do?
a lot of corporate emails must first be provisioned by the company IT department in order to function on a personal phone. things may have changed since the last time you set it up on a previous phone. I'd say check with them first before causing yourself a headache.
