There was a known issue affecting some customers from effectively placing calls in Southern California, but has since been resolved. Are you still having issues with your service?

Try turning off advanced calling under settings. That worked for us. You lose HD video calls but at least you can make and receive calls.

I'm having this same problem. What is the solution? I don't see any solutions noted on this site. Brand new Pixel 7 bought yesterday. T-Mobile may be getting my business if I don't get a solution. Can't call to talk to anybody and nobody can call me!!

I'm not able to call or text from my house or use my tablet. Both have Internet access, but won't work on Tower or through Internet to call or text. I have to use Whatsapp
