I added the AppleOne perk to my new phone plan. I never received the link to sign up. The perk does show up on my account but whenever I click on it, it says it’s processing. How can I sign up and actually use the perk I pay for? #AppleOne
Hello, Hellolulu. Help is here as you should definitely have access to your perk. I saw in a different thread that many found these steps to resolve the issue. Please try this and keep us posted.
Check your default browser on your phone. It may be set to Chrome and you need to change it to Safari. Once you do this, please attempt to have the link sent again to complete activation for Apple One perk.
