 lady who answered the say buy a iPhone and hung up on me. Worst experience ever,  and my apple music is still not working. I want my money back!!!! Mind you i have been using apple music on my android device for 4 years. It time to leave Verizon. Will file a report with BBB and consumers protection. @vzw_customer_support
