how do I put my music on my mp3 player without a computer or laptop and just from my iPhone 14

Being able to get what you need on your MP3 player is a big deal if you use that as your main option for music. My best guess however is that may not be possible. Most MP3 players would need to connect to an actual computer and an iPhone works differently. The best option for that would be if the MP3 player supports Bluetooth connection and transfer but that still may not work. To find out for sure I'd have to recommend reaching out to whoever makes that MP3 player.
