Transfer of line horror

I have literally called verizon customer service 14 times and they still haven't been able to process my transfer of line. Every time I call, their agent gives me a different reason. They promised me to call back 9 times including 3 times by their managers but it was all lies. Nobody called back. I have lost medical appointments and my financial transactions are stuck since my number is stuck in transfer and not active. shame on verizon for not respecting your paying customer.
