Been having continual problems with your company's protocols and way of doing business. I am a professional, a senior who treats people with respect. Things have changed drastically the last few years with your company and the customer is paying a huge price for poor quality customer service and low quality loyalty treatment. I was lectured to earlier by a rep and finally had to hang up as my blood pressure began to rise this early Saturday morning when I was being treated without respect. Please have a Regional or District Manager call me. I think after twenty one years with your company, I've earned and merited this. If 'just' a rep calls me, with all due respect, I will hang up.

Spoke to another rep after the first disastrous call, she escalated and was told to expect a call within the hour. Call never arrived. Four hours later, nothing. See what I mean about very poor Verizon customer service. Used to be stellar. Now all that matters to them is receiving their monthly payment by me.

Appreciate your reply. However, have a Supervisor, Regional Manager, District Manager call me. I am no longer posting anything more on this, or calling into any of VZ's support numbers. I also poster a chilling review on Trustpilot, and saw that many others shared similar experiences. I just ported out one of my corporate numbers from Ooma to another carrier. Have one to go. This one I was saving for VZ to go along with my current cell number which I have had since 1993. I'm honestly disappointed in your company's customer service after all these years.

You're not entitled to special treatment just because you can pay a bill for X amount of years.
Majority of people who have a bad experience with a particular person fail their survey and get on with their lives.

Good luck if you think a higher up is going to call by posting on these boards. It's very simple. If verizon is not treating you right there are lots of other carriers that will welcome your business.

And oh... been offered a S21 Ultra, complimentary, excellent discounted plan by TMobile, as they want my two lines of business from VZ. Only thing keeping me at VZ at the moment, is better reception in rural Colorado and the West.

Hope you have better luck with T-mobile than I did. Will never use their service again which is why I came right back to verizon after trying them a few months. Just glad I didn't switch all our lines over when I tried them. Customer service treated me horrible and didn't care about trying to fix my problems.
