Purchased a business 6 months ago and had all the lines swapped over to the new company's name. Have spoke with Verizon several times with no assistance at the stores or on the phone. I have no access to manage the account, numbers, or devices. Once you acquire an business account with Verizon, the amount of customer support is immediately deflated.
