I received the email to claim my offer on December 21st. When I click the link it takes me to My Fios app where it says “learn more about my offer," but no redeem tile is in site. I called/chatted with customer service for help multiple times over the last week and a half, but was always directed to another place for zero answers or too long of a phone wait time for real life. I thought, "it's the holiday season I'm sure they are busy", but now since I've been waiting on the phone hearing elevator music for the last hour. I thought I might as well and come to the forum and see if other people are having the same problem as I am. Very frustrating.
